1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZOOM Launchpad ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ZOOM Launchpad is a decentralized token launchpad built on the Solana blockchain. The Platform allows users to create, buy, and sell tokens using bonding curve dynamics. Tokens created on the Platform are deployed via Pump.fun's infrastructure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You represent and warrant that:

  • You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
  • You have the authority to bind yourself to these Terms
  • You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Wallet Connection

To use the Platform, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom). You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
  • All transactions initiated from your wallet
  • Any loss or theft of your wallet or private keys

We do not have access to your private keys and cannot recover your wallet if lost.

5. Token Creation

When creating a token, you agree to:

  • Pay the required platform fee (currently 0.01 SOL)
  • Provide accurate token information (name, symbol, description, image)
  • Not create tokens that violate any laws or regulations
  • Not create tokens that infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Not create tokens for fraudulent or scam purposes

6. Trading and Fees

The Platform charges fees for certain activities:

  • Token Creation Fee: 0.01 SOL per token creation
  • Trading Fee: 0.1% on all buy and sell transactions

Fees are subject to change. You will be notified of fee changes before they take effect.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Create tokens that impersonate other projects or individuals
  • Engage in market manipulation or pump-and-dump schemes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform
  • Use automated systems or bots without authorization
  • Violate any applicable securities laws
  • Create tokens that promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities

8. Risk Disclosure

CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. You acknowledge that:

  • Token prices are highly volatile and can result in total loss
  • Tokens may have no value or liquidity
  • Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Regulatory changes may affect token trading
  • You may lose all funds invested in tokens

Only invest what you can afford to lose.

9. No Investment Advice

The Platform does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. All information is provided for informational purposes only. You should conduct your own research and consult with financial advisors before making investment decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, code, and content are owned by ZOOM Launchpad. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without permission. Token creators retain rights to their token names, symbols, and images.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Pump.fun, Solana blockchain, and wallet providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these services.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOOM LAUNCHPAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any loss of funds or tokens
  • Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Blockchain network failures
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Market volatility or token price changes
  • User errors or wallet security breaches

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZOOM Launchpad from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or any illegal activity. You may stop using the Platform at any time by disconnecting your wallet.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
